I made it to the lake Sunday but fished in the wrong place it seems. I put in at Ringer and tried for the hybrids. Caught 4 between 1 & 4 pounds. Thought I could do better crappie fishing. Caught 2 keepers and 20 throw backs. Pretty day. Muddy water full of trash. As I was taking out, a man who drove up from LaGrange said he crossed Yellow Jacket Creek coming to Ringer. He said the water was full of boats so he came on up to try the Ringer area. He was told they were having some good catches in Yellow Jacket. He figured other places on the lake would be the same. However he also didn't have any luck.
