That is the most poplular reel in the Bass Fishing industry right now. I will bet there are more old Greenies still be used than any other reel made in the last 20 years besides maybe Garcia 5000C's.

A Testimony to quality.

I just built myself a new one out of a frame I had. Everything brand new down to the handle and Star Drag. Everything new including the spool, Brake Case, Turnkey dial and body plates. I also put ABEC7 Orange Seals and Carbontex Drags. I dare anyone to compare performance with most any reel you pick.

I would not sell it for $500.00

 I hear ya on the 200B's! I have a dozen or so myself that I will be holding on to till I can no longer fish. Them old Greenies take a beating and keep on ticking!

 true. Thru the years, it has been amazing to see some that anglers have drug up out of an old box or in their closet and want them re-furbed. We got one in shop that had a dang black widow spider in it. haha.
