SUBJECT: # 129: Need help

Submitted by Outlaw from KENTUCKY on 11/8/2002 11:19:00 AM

I have been fishsing a deep clear lake for summer walleye. I have been trolling for these fish from about dark to midnight. The fish are really deep and I have not had any luck catching any walleye. I was wondering what type of crankbaits I should use and their colors. Also, what months are good to catch walley and how do you locate them. Any help would be appreciated on catching some walleyes.

use a red worm harness, a bullet sinker with an orange bead between the sinker and your rod. case closed - fish in the weeds - troll from 7 to about 35 feet - all day every day worms work the best - also hook minnows through one eye and out the other. happy fishing
